SAL Foundation refurbishes and repurposes properties to create Transitional Housing Units (THU), Assisted Housing Units (AHU), and Sustainable Affordable Units (SAHU) based on the needs of individuals.

We aim to collaborate with the Government of New Brunswick and other non-profits and charities and are currently partnering with businessess.

This course provides education on how become a homeowner, and what is expected from home ownership- responsibilities of property tax, rules and regulations of maintaining land, managing a household budget, understanding mortgage options, and maintenance and repairs.
